Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thebrickgeneral.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll do our best to make it right.
Items reported outside of this window may not be eligible for a resolution.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us at support@thebrickgeneral.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll resolve it as quickly as we can.
Out-of-Stock Substitutions
Occasionally, an item may sell out between the time you order and when we pack your order. If this happens, we'll contact you before dispatching to discuss your options.
